Kids' Club-beginner

For younger interested sewists. Students will focus on good straight seams, curved seams and adding decorative elements to every project.

Instructor: Jenine Johnson
$45 each month for class, materials, pizza.  Bring your own beverage.
A different project is offered each month.
November 14th - Christmas Stocking 
December 19th - Teddy Bear


Starting in 2026 Kenzie will be back teaching Kids Club: 
$45 each month: includes Class, Materials & Pizza. Bring your own beverage (Pizza is from Little Caesars)
Each month the project differ. 
January 23th, 5-8 - Snowman pillow cover
February 27th, 5-8 - Valentine Fabric Envelope 
March 27th, 5-8 - Lucky hat Table Coaster
April 24th, 5-8 - Grocery Tote Bag
May 22nd, 5-8pm - Apron
June - NO KIDS CLUB

July - Kids Camp July 6 - 9 from 10-4p & July 10 from 10-3p
August - Back-to-School, Stitch-Up - All day August 12 at 10-4pm 
        3 projects that day: Boxy tote, Drawstring shoe bag, & Notebook cover with front zipper pocket.

1. Good condition Sewing Machine - please make sure the machine works and it's not hard for the kiddo to sew on. STUDENT SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH THE MACHINE and be able to sew a straight seam.
~~~ The Machine must have a zigzag presser foot on and bobbin with bobbin case of applicable. Zipper foot is required for September &  February classes.
2. SMALL sewing scissors 3-4" blades
3. Sewing Clips or Pins
4. Fabric marking pen or marker
5. Two EMPTY Bobbins
6. Seam Ripper
7. Purple Seam Guide Sticker or the magnetic guide
