Overlocker Skill Builder - Techniques
Are you new to serging or looking to build your confidence with your overlocker? This technique-based class is crafted specifically for beginners, offering a supportive environment where you can learn how to get the most out of your serger.
Rather than focusing on a single project, each session dives into key techniques that will help you gain a deeper understanding of your machine's full potential. Using The Big Book of Serging by BERNINA as our guide, you’ll explore essential functions such as threading, tension adjustments, and a variety of stitch options.
We welcome all BERNINA sergers, including the 1150, 1300, 460, 450, and L8 series, ensuring everyone can participate regardless of their machine model.
Each class highlights a different technique, allowing you to build your skills incrementally. By the end of the course, you'll feel confident in using your serger for any project, whether you're refining your technique or just getting comfortable with your machine.
